Yeah. :) It makes sense, and it's nice to get an opinion from members of staff, as a player a lot of things are left to speculation about why things are the way they are, and I mentioned earlier that I was sure there was a justified reason.

As you say, Windypuff, there are many experienced players in battle - but in my experience very few new players, and from my perspective when I first started I had the impression the battle channel was primarily for players who intended to pvp seriously, and thus, not for newbies like myself when I started. Of course this is personal to me, and may differ from person to person. It just seems to me there's an issue that still has no clear cut fix, and a bit of back and forth with ideas never hurts. :)

 

And of course.. there's always the 5% who don't follow the rules regardless.
