My riolu haven't evolved to lucario still it's level 100 how do I evo it can you evo it for me or give me any tip for evolving it.

Hello @SnappyWNL,

 

Happiness evolution triggers when your Pokemon's happiness changes (reaches 255 happiness) and other requirements are met. In this case, you have to decrease your Riolu's happiness (faint it in wild battle) and reach 255 happiness again during daytime (10:00-20:00). This will trigger your Riolu's evolution. Hope it will help you.
