Hi, can you tell me what your Operating System? And then follow these step

1/ Check this requirement if you meet or not https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4563

2/ Make sure you use right cilent as 32 or 64bit also

3/ Deleted and redownload the client. Using CCleaner for clear all your old client

3/ In your game, try [glow=red]F2[/glow] and then type [glow=red]clean reg[/glow]
