So im on ss anne and when i talk to jenson he doesnt spawn blissey in ballroom so im stuck and cant get cut please help thanks!

I did everything it says in the post but when I talk to jenson he just says "err, hello there" and then the rest of whatever he says instead of talking about the doctor and then spawning the blissey.

Theres no blissey in the ballroom at all in my game

I just checked in game and you never started the S.S Anne Quest, go back to the kitchen and talk to the doctor again. If you pay attention to the NPC dialogues you'll know what the next step is.
