Relearner haven't seen that move....just Pkay groun Not every Pokémon has been updated to their Gen 6 learnsets. Currently, Granbull follows Gen 5 (black and white 1). You can check your Pokedex to see when your Pokémon will learn certain moves. This is something that is planned to be fixed in the future.
