Hello, sunday morning I was doing the quest for darkrai, after I beat alucard lord of nightmares (with darkrailvl50 after getting the clone starter) in magus castle summit, I have got an unexpected error. I tried to beat it again but I got the same message error. After speaking with a staff member on discord, I didnt want to wait so I used an escape rope to exit the dark realm. But now my quest is failed and I just noticed that a part of my inventory/items are missing, for example I had over 100 rare candy and now only around 20 but I cant remember the exact number of every thing I had.

 

I didnt get any error message before that so I didnt know I wasnt supposed to keep my pokemon in the dark realm. During the battle with alucard master of deception in Alucard castle 3f, I disconnected against the darkrai lvl100, after relogging I was into the edge of darkness (but the room wasnt dark) with only 3 of my pok gorebyss, pangoro and blissey. After touching the small lights I was in the dark realm and I just pursued the quest without any problem. Before that my team was composed of Gengar, Pangoro, gorebyss, Blissey, natu and dusknoir.

If I remember correctly during the fight against alucard master of deception in Alucard castle 3f, only gengar died after that, darkrai lvl100 knocked out the rest except dusknoir

thank you for reporting this bug.
Regarding your lost items, please check out the "Necropolis Museum". There should be a director that returns your lost items.
For the Dark Realm progress, you sadly need to complete the Dark Realm again since you used an Escape Rope to get out.

The error at the end of the Dark Realm should no longer occur, but in order to enter the Dark Realm again, you might need to defeat Horon in "Dark Valley" first.

Important Note: Talk to the Director in the museum first before you re-enter the Dark Realm.

Hi, as you proposed I just talked one minute ago with the Director in the Necropolis museum and now I lost all my rare candy I dont know about the other items. Can you please investigate this issue?
