Does a pokemon with synchro needs to be present during wild pokemon catch or just be first in ur squad to make it's ability actually work?

This needs to be fix ASAP. They need to implement the fainted synchro thing. In order to level up and hunt at the same time.

Yes you only need it in first and alive during the encounter, when you are in the battle you can switch.

Hi, the synchro will only work if this pokemon still alive and in first order of your team. After meet wild battle, you can switch without worry about synchro anymore. Also synchro will not work if this pokemon faint or facing with Boss, fossil, etc. It attempt to work like this. :Grin: It not bug or need fixed anything. Thanks for your respond :Heart:
