As a general rule, all Pokemon without gender (examples are Staryu, Magnemite, Porygon) and all male-only Pokemon (examples are Hitmonchan, Tauros) have no egg move.

 

This is because, in the official games, to have an egg that results in the same species as them, they must breed with Ditto, who cannot pass any new move.
