The NPC, Spirit-seer Esmeralda gives players the locked IV Reroll only if the player manages to defeat the Dark Realm without failing. In this case, failing would mean getting a game over and leaving the Dark Realm. Did you leave the Dark Realm at any point? Looking forward to your reply. 1 PRO Pokemon popularity poll results.
