Silver server - are there some roleplaying Guild ( Team Aqua , magma , teamrocket .... )

I want to have a better feeling playing this game  , feeling that make me feel like im team of magma or aqua , or something in that kind .

Is there something like this on silver server .      
And in case if no , Do you think  softly roleplaying guilds come across positivly , do people like it .  I was thinking of joining one but if i cant find it i might create one small one myself... just for fun.  

Evrybody probably wants to joing top 10 guilds cause of the exp boost
Whats ur thoughts on this ?
