Last update was March 2nd?

Featured Replies

Hey guys!

So I dont want to complain or hate, I just wanna ask.

Why was the last update March 2nd?

Is the game running good so that the devs concentrate on Hoen?

Because I saw frequent update logs until March 2nd, and then nothing, and

I am still seeing many bug reports / crash issues / other things in the forum.

Just wanna know from a players perspective if the game is running smooth enough

so there is no real need for an update every week.

Thanks!

Don't worry, VyseWoW, the game is still being worked on daily. :)

Not every addition to the game requires a client update. NPCs, maps, spawns, and many other things can be changed without forcing the user to download a new version of the game.

With that being said, most of the playability issues have been resolved, but there are still fixes to be made and room for improvement.

Yeah, I was mainly referring to the update post and not actual game client updates.

So if you fix ingame stuff which dont require a new client, why dont you post them in that

update thread?

Always feels more convenient and nice to see changes / fixes on a weekly basis, even if its small stuff.

(Incase you dont mention everything in that update thread, from a psychological standpoint it would be

better to write everything down so people see that work is beeing done)

Well, thanks for the clarification.

138714 Well, thanks for the clarification.

Also, Shane has a very busy life - Personally, with him having a job and two children to take care off, it's a surprise any updates client-side get done as fast as they have/do. He has a passion for this game, when the need arises he usually will fix an issue as fast as he can. :)
