Hello, everyone was having a problem with the invalid username/password but the Devs/Mods said just to re-register your account and boom you're good. But I've tried that multiple times and it doesn't work anymore for me. I have pictures/urls to help understand my issue and my process on trying to fix the problem.

 

Picture 1: In this image is me trying to log in and what it says after.

 

Picture 2: This is me trying to re-register my account like everyone has been telling me to do. I am suppose to receive an activation email but never got one. I have checked everything and no email. EVEN THO I received an email LAST time I re-registered my account. This could be where the problem can be solved but not sure.

 

Picture 3: After all of that I did some common sense and thought, "just change the password since it recognizes my username" But nope in this picture is me trying to change my password and this is what it says after.

 

Red had some trouble trying to help me but I want to know if there is no hope for my account or not. Can I just get my mount back( and possibly membership) on my other account with same email if there is no hope? lol xD Thank you.

Please try and re-register now. Ignore the error you will get in the process. Once registered login with new account. Do let me know if issues is still happening.

Yes! It worked! Thank you so much! Now is it possible to get my mount back? I have a picture of the transaction and I have the transaction ID as well. I can post that here or in private message if it is possible to get my mount back. I dont mind not having the free membership for 5 days if I cant get that back.
