Passing the ship, if I remember correctly the SS Anna, I can't get to the part where there is a policeman guarding the stairs. Although I've already walked the whole ship and talked to all the characters. I've been all over the ship and even watched the video on YouTube, but nothing helps.

To start SS Anne quest you have to talk with Doctor Neumann NPC in the kitchen and agree to help to captain. Remember to take Peecha Berry from the trash can if you don't have one already. After this, you have to talk with Jenson on the 2nd floor and then Blissey in the Ballroom to get the secret potion for Captain. Additionally, you can find a detailed guide for this quest here, which will make it easier for you to complete it.
