Subject line, I tried at both NPCs in Saffron and Cerulean and on 2 different Parasects (one i caught and one i evolved)

You might have to just catch a low level one. The level might be so high that they technically never had the ability in the first place.

This. You are going to need to probably catch a low level Paras then just try and level it up from there so you can guarantee that Spore will be on it.

Learn others moves in move tutor ... then spore move will appear if you have enough level. That is a little bug :confused:

Hi, ive had this problem before. All you need to do is re teach it stun spore, then spore will be available to be taught.
