Can I hunt on two accounts?

I was told that I cannot hunt on two accounts at the same time, one on my pc and one on my smartphone, I would like to know if this is true to avoid future problems.

You can play on 2 accounts at the same time as long as you don't multibox. By that I mean using third party software to sync your movement between the clients you are playing on. Since you are telling me you will use one account on PC and the other on your smartphone you should be absolutely fine. Let me know if you have any more questions.
