I reached sinnoh region and then talked with my grandma and then I went to Barry's house and talked with him and then he met me in forest and he was  talking to me but I had to close the game since I had some work but when I logged in again  he was not showing up and I can't leave my hometown as well or choose any Pokemon.................

Barry should have reappeared for you in route 201. Now you can talk to him and continue the story normally.

Can you please check and inform us if it's the same for you? We would be waiting for your reply.

Yes I was able to interact with Barry again in route 201 and I was able to choose my starter Pokemon as well.now I can continue playing normally thanks Devs
