I fought against Cyntia ones, i lost but instead of going to the pc i stay in the same place with all the pokes fainted, i use a rope to go to the pc and now when i go back to fight with her the battle never starts (im going betwen 4-5am, wiht the archomp full happyness)

so, I have a small update. The quest doesnt seem to be bugged for you.
Try to repeat the quest in the last steps, with that I mean: 

Quote

[...] Talk to Cynthia again and she'll say something about an indication, IV-V. She'll ask if you understand what that means, you answer yes. In fact that means that you have to come back in the morning between 04:00 and 05:00. Then step in front of the guard and then do one step left (west). A monologue by Cynthia will start and second battle begins.[...]

 

The step to the left may be the important part.
If this shouldnt work, some screenshots would be nice.
