I changed my username nearly 3 or 4 days ago but still waitin for it. On dashboard it has written, username changes takes 48 hours. But I am sure, waitin for it over 72 hours.

Name changes are done manually, which means if there is much workload for the corresponding staff role, the usual 48 hour threshold may get exceeded.
Or in other words: There is currently much to do and you have to be patient 😕

 

Sorry, there is nothing really that can be done besides waiting. I hope you get your namechange soon!
