What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Tried to take a look at the Move Relearner

Description and Message

Can't Joltik learn Electroweb in PRO or is it a bug? In the original game Joltik learns Electroweb at lvl 15 and mine is lvl 18. :D:

It can be seen on this site serebii.net/attackdex-bw/electroweb.shtml .

I've already tried checking at the Move Relearner but it isn't in the list.

I look forward for a quick response . Thanks in advance.

If you check the pokedex in game you can see all of the moves that a pokemon can learn and at what level they learn them.

Joltik's next electric type move is Electro Ball that he learns at lvl 29, doesn't it seem a bit odd that an electric type only learns an electric move that high a level.
