So we are not talking about a dogmatic truth: it's obvious that 5% does not means the certainty to find 5 goldeen with hidden ability every 100 encounter, but that what an example made by the guy who seems not to have very clear how does it works. You have not certainty because we are talking about percentege, so about fortuity.

aah ok for example if i found a male nidoran it has the posibility of have

47.5 % primary ability

47.5% second ability

5 % hidden ability

in each encounter,

and have an object is the same formula, or for example a pikachu with light ball

it has the 5% in each encounter to have light ball, or each 100 pikachus that i found

5 will have a light ball??
