You have not certainty because we are talking about percentege, so about fortuity.

47.5% second ability

5 % hidden ability

in each encounter,

and have an object is the same formula, or for example a pikachu with light ball

it has the 5% in each encounter to have light ball, or each 100 pikachus that i found

5 will have a light ball??
