What have you already tried to solve the problem?

already did the steps posted in the emal issues post (looked in spam/deleted folder, checked im right email, tried again after 1h)

im not receiving the activation email for my acc, like said above i already read up about the issue und tried the things from the sticky post but it didnt help

Please check other posts with your same problem before posting (there are more posts linked here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=23468).

 

You need to create a new account with a gmail or outlook email address in order to receive your activation email, because PRO has problem with some minor providers.

i have read the answers already but i dont have a gmail nor an outlook email address and i dont really want to create a new one just for this game isnt there a way for an admin to send me another activation email or to even activate my account from their side

1) You checked your spam folder? If you didn't, check that folder

2) Is your email provider a bit well known like Gmail, Hotmail or etc? Try probably making a new account with providers named as Gmail.

oh come on pls read what i wrote in the post you quoted i tried all and my email provider isnt really a small one either (gmx).

i dont want to make a new email adress just for this game and want to know if an admin could aktivate my acc

You have already wasted 22hours complaining instead of spending five minutes to create a new email account you'll use only to click on the activation link and then never use it anymore. Furthermore you'll only need the nickname to login, not the email address, so after the activation of the account, you can completely remove from your memories that email address. Do it, and stop wasting your time instead of playing.
