Im stuck in the christmas dungeon in the middle of the air barriers and I dont have teamates here or scape rope.

As you can see, there is no way to get out.

Could you try to get into a normal battle with someone (/battle username) and surrender? That should teleport u back to the last visited Pokecenter.

Please let me know if that solved your Problem.

It doesnt work, it says that I cant battle in this map.

Solved in game.
