Offers received outside of an auction cannot be used a "best offer"

- Claimed or used as current or best offer. 

- Used as a starting bid without the buyer's permission.


If you wish to auction the Pokemon, then do so, following the Auction Rules.

If you only want offers, you are free to either accept an offer or decline it, do not hold that offer as the "best offer" unless the bidder is happy with you using their offer as a starting bid in an auction.
