Anyway, I would like to know if there is any beginner's guide because I have some doubts that FAQs couldn't have resolved, like I would earn money if I win a trainer battle or if I can see what Pokemons have a trainer.

Well, I have no problems about the mechanics, as attacks, EVs, etc. but with some facts of the MMPORG. For example, I don't know which attacks are avalaible and what generations are considered: 5th, 6th generation?
