The aspect of that can be seen in the top 3 Guilds. Most new players are trying to apply there cuz the exp boost or the guild island and etc. And that make small guilds empty of good members. I personaly can accept the things that way cuz every one have own way and desidions, but like aspect of the game i think there is way more to improve.
