Hi, I took part in the EXP rework test and completed 2 regions, then last month I selected 2 x 30d ms. That was about 3-4 weeks ago now. I haven't received the ms yet and the NPC says I've used all my rewards.
I would be happy if someone could help me, thanks in advance.

As you may know, to get rewards from Exp. Rework (or from Psychic Exp-ert) you had to complete at least one region and send all the necessary screenshots asked. The number of rewards were based on how many regions you have completed and have sent all the requested screenshots. 

 

From the PUBLIC TEST: EXP. REWORK thread, we can see that you have successfully completed the Kanto region but the Johto region is only half-completed. Additionally, according to the data given in the announcement by Walross, it can be seen that you have completed only one region and hence got only one reward.

According to what you have said, it seems that you selected 1 MS medallion and as it was instantly activated you didn't get one in your inventory.

You still have 15 days remaining on your Membership. Maybe it is the one you got from the NPC?

Hi, I know that it will get instantly activated.
The NPC let me choose a reward twice. But I didn't get a membership.
If I remember correctly I had a 60d ms running which is still running. Maybe I'm wrong, but the fact is I was able to choose a reward from the NPC 2 times.
I know that I only completed Kanto completely, which is why I was surprised that I could choose 2 times.
It is what it is, I can't check when and which ms I redeemed.
