Im sorry for this inconvenience.
Sadly there is nothing really that we can do for you. The with the namechanges associated staff members have currently much to do and delays are expected.
For now, I can only ask you to be more patient.

As there is nothing I can do for you at the moment, I will close this topic.
There is no ETA when you will get your name change but I hope its soon!
