Well it's not much about a bug, just probably a remark unless i'm misunderstanding.

I went to the move relearner and noticed that my Trevenant still can't relearn it. Maybe only the move got coded but the relearner didn't got updated yet, and it'll be coming up later.

 

But I'm just asking, when will it be fixed ?

That's correct. The move should now work, but that doesn't mean that specific Pokemon's movesets have been updated.
