how to evolve my budew?

I already tried to evolve it, I am happy to the fullest and I am in the game tomorrow from 4 to 10 hours.

I no longer tried 2 times giving him rare candies from lvl 97.. 98

Budews evo will be triggered when he reaches max. happiness during daytime (10:00 - 20:00 Poketime). So there is no need for a lvl up and it will still work at lvl 100.

 

Please try the following:

1. wait for daytime

2. let Budew faint in a wild battle - NPC battles or battles with other players will not work

3. make sure it worked by checking its happiness (should be 250 now) - if it didn't work try again till it's 250

4. (optional) close the game and restart it

5. heal up at any PC

6. bring happiness back to 255 during daytime (can use soothe bell to reach it faster)
