Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes

On which server issue happened: BLUE

What have you done before the problem was there?

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Ive updated drivers for video card and such but still the same random freezing issues

Description and Message

I seem to have constant freezing issues with my game running on windows 10, 8GB of Ram, 2.50gHZ I7 processor and 64 bit client. It doesnt appear to be the game locking up - but just the video no longer being displayed

Make sure use using right version of client

Have you tried this: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14738 and this https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=14688

Also check your requirement system here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4563

Since you can't view the second thread for whatever reason, i'll list out the method.

Create a Shortcut to PRO.exe, right-click the shortcut and click on properties

find the textbox labeled 'target' at the end of it add -force-d3d9

This should fix most crash related issues, if that is indeed what you are experiencing.
