I completed the whole Keldeo quest long ago. But did not catch Keldeo then. And now I want to catch it. 

But I can not go further from the Mutsuki Castle. And there is only Advisor Khoga.

Now, How I can catch Keldeo?

There is a door in the eastern part of the Castle that will take you to Matsuki Courtyard. Where you had to battle that Tyranitar. And from there you can enter the Crystal Cave where you can catch Keldeo.
