Hi there, idk if it's a general support topic and it must already have been treated but i don't find info about how to unlock the surf path from hoenn to sinnoh (wailmer route 109).

 

some ppl told me 'you need zekrom & reshiram to pass by' , i caught those already and i have more than enough ingame time for any quest ^^

As already mentioned by Aiberty, this path leads to Crater Town where you can complete the dungeon to catch a Legendary Pokemon. 

You need to have Kyurem and Zekrom quest completed and seen data of all Pokemon upto generation 5 except legendaries to start this quest.
