My munchlax is lvl 100 and has full happiness that I can see. I also typed in the command to look at the happiness and it’s 255. I never seen anything to evolve it since lvl 90 so I used rare candies to lvl 100 and still nothing. I’ve closed the program, redownload it and fully shut my computer off and still nothing. Not sure what else to try. Please help

In happiness evolutions, a Pokemon only evolves when it reaches the maximum amount of happiness. 

 

Now can you try to decrease your Munchlax's happiness by fainting it in a wild battle and max its happiness again? The evolution should get triggered after this.
