hello everyone.im new in this game.and im trying to get cupid bow. 

when i started this ques. im in hoenn. i cant go to sinnnoh.  but i has watched youtube some video about this quest.they are all find NPC in sinnoh. 

but i cant find any one right NPC to send this letter after i finished sinnoh region. and this is the first one NPC i need to find.

anyone who can help me thanks a lot !   :C
