Ok so I started playing the game 2 years later. There are many quests that I had started back then for ex-megas for ralts evo and chairzard megas.

As you know both these quests reqire ots which i cannot locate in my pc so its messed up. Same with many legendary quests.

Is there a way we could reset quests or transfer data to entirely no account?

Can you list me the mega quests or legendary quests that you cannot remember where you stopped?

For the ones you mentioned above, I hope these answers would help you return back to the game and finish the quests.

 

(Charizardite X) You seem to accept the first task given by the NPC R'ual.

(Charizardite Y) The charmander you showed to oak seems to be with another player. So, I recommend to reset your quest and start over.

(Gallade) You have to now catch an OT ralts with at least 110 total IVs.

 

(Heatran) I don't think you started the quest yet.

(Latios/Latias) I don't think you started the quest yet.

(Zapdos/Articuno/Moltres) You seem to just talk to Melody and started the quest. You have to battle the Fire Elder at Fire Island.

It depends on the mega quest.

For example, the quest you just mentioned: "lopunny", doesn't have reset options as you don't need to show, train, and defeat the NPC with your OT pokemon.

It seems like you stopped on the part where you need to win the contest talking to the mega lopunny quest NPC.

Note that if you fail to win the contest, there is a 1 day cooldown.

I recommend to check guides in forums how to do the contest part.
