Muffet Posted April 13, 2016 Share Posted April 13, 2016 As has been said already, a lot of "lower key" email providers don't receive the emails, the most reliable is gmail followed by hotmail, unfortunately you won't be able to keep your username, but at least you'll be able to play; hope this helps!
