Nothing, because my mantyke is lv 99 and i can't levelup more

Unfortunately, Mantyke's evolution is NOT yet coded in PRO. Ensuring all Pokemon evolutions work is a goal for the future, but I don't have an ETA for you at this time as to when it will be added.
