With a duration of 72 hours, means the end point was on 14/03 at 09:01 AM GMT+0. The winning offer is 60k by @Arnabh123, made on 14/03 at 06:10 AM GMT+0. Almost 3 hours before the end point, so am failing to see where is the confusion coming from that you require confirmation from a Trade Moderator. Seeing as the winner of the Shellder auction is inactive, the outcome has been forced. The Pokemon has been transferred to @Arnabh123 from whom 60k were removed and added to @Lebram31.
