What have you done before the problem was there?

I have been banned once from this game but its now over - RED Server:

(This Account is banned until 2015-12-15 10:00:25) my last log in was RED Server:

Last Active: Apr 08 2016, 08:45

Last IP: 103.14.62.25

I havent done anything to get banned.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Description and Message

There's always a reason for suspension...Were you using any scripts? Were you using ban evasion? (Playing on another account while waiting to get unbanned on your main) Were you being rude to staff/players In-game? These are all possibilities.

Nope. Havent done anything to get banned. My last log in was me farming at the dragons den...

I tried to randomize the username and password but also tells me that it was banned :confused:

I also tried logging in my other accounts and all of them were banned.
