ITS MY BIRTHDAY

Usually this is an issue that concerns your IP address; either the system thinks you're using a proxy (or you are using one) or it's IP banned from that address.

There are several ways you can try rectify the issue:

1) Try resetting your router, wait for 20-30 seconds and the turn it back on, it should give you a new IP which could work.

 

2) You can flush your DNS, to do this follow the small guide below:

 

Click Start.

Enter cmd in the Start menu search text box.

Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.

Run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns.

 

3) Using a VPN can also work, but this costs money.
