So outrage somehow is priority.

Just a guess after facing it many times but it becomes priority after the 1st turn.

At 2nd turn if i recall correctly it hit before bravebird from talonflame.

So outrage is bugged :(

Sry if it was reported before

I can not replicate this, even when i try to boost Dragonites speed.

Talonflame (with gale wind) will always take priority.

I am not sure the about the turns and boost now but i am not the only who faced priority outrage,

I will try capturing it in a video.. if i am lucky.

if outrage failed, it doesn't get interrupted and it doesn't confused the pokemon
