hi, i have the same problem since the new update and i was adviced to reset the password or look if i was banned. i dont succeded in enter in the red server also after these, but you can try :) i hope you're luckier than me, let me if you will be able to solve your problem ^^

hi, i hope this is right area for my problem: since the new update i can't enter in the red server (invalid user or pw) even if i can log in forum and yellow server. some trainer tell me to control if i have to be banned, but i cant enter also in the dashboard.. furthermore i have never doing something to make me to be banned, i like this game and i always give my best to respect rules. i apologize for my bad english and im waiting to know if i can re start play with my team. let me know something.

how i can find if my account is banned?

my last access was about 4:00 p.m. in yesterday! i have tried to reset my password, but the site tells me that the account i'm using doesn't exist. i have played since one years and i don't want to lose all my poke... is there anything i can do? (i'm italian, sorry for my english)
