Offers received outside of an auction cannot be: - Claimed or used as current or best offer. - Used as a starting bid without the buyer's permission. Just keep in mind that you cannot reveal an offer to other players in order for them to offer more. Also, whenever you receive an offer in this thread, you must either accept or reject.
