1- Check your spams or even your deleted mails (just to be sure)

2- Check that you typed well your email address (especially if you have numbers, symbols or even caps in it)

 

both things are checked. I also used another E-Mail adress with the account name TerpoDE, but it is the same. I do not get an activation E-Mail for any of the two accounts.

 

I do want to create a gmail account just for this game. Is there a way to solve the problem manual (via support)?

Sorry for your inconvenience, however, only one solution is creating other account with using gmail and cannot manual active. So sorry about that :Ambivalent:

The account cannot deleted by any reason and also the name of account will not be change or deleted too, you can tried as per email can create 2 account. But I will recommend using Gmail as it make you better to get confirm email. Thanks
