Trainer Valley go by train in Safforn city (120 kanto pokes and 38 evolved pokes, beat Red in Mt.silver) Please check out all requirement... Atleast on blueserver it was like this, arnie said he didnt know about this "bug" and since he knew, he fixed it. tldr -> u now need to beat red again.
