Thepokehunter Posted April 17, 2016 Share Posted April 17, 2016 I've checked on bulbapedia and ingame pokedex, in gen IV Rotom can't learn Hex but in gen V-VI he learns it at lvl50. Thepokehunter Posted April 17, 2016 Author Share Posted April 17, 2016 I know it but ElectroBall isn't in gen IV Rotom's moveset(while is present ingame) and Charge/DIscharge have different learning levels in gen IV.
