Rotom doesn't learn Hex

I've checked on bulbapedia and ingame pokedex, in gen IV Rotom can't learn Hex but in gen V-VI he learns it at lvl50.

I thought he was still on gen IV moveset but ingame pokedex says that he learns ElectroBall at lvl43, Charge at lvl57 and Discharge at lvl64 as in gen V-VI movesets.

Some Pokemon do not have their moveset updated to Gen VI.

I know it but ElectroBall isn't in gen IV Rotom's moveset(while is present ingame) and Charge/DIscharge have different learning levels in gen IV.

In gen V they are all present(learning levels are the same as in ingame pokedex) and Hex is present too, that's why I reported this bug.
