So I already had a topic like this but im going to explain again, because I got a new issue. So first, I have a Note 3 and I meet the requirements. But now when my game gets stuck at loading hats, after some time I tap on my screen and the game crashes while still in loading screen. Why does this happen? (It gets stuck on loading hats everytime and now it also crashes)

Btw, PRO has problems with Touchwiz, the Samsung home screen app, so with most of the Samsung devices PRO stucks at "loading hats".

I have an S4 and the only way I had to solve it was to install cyanogenmod, but it is something I don't advise you if you are not an expert android user.
