So first, I have a Note 3 and I meet the requirements. But now when my game gets stuck at loading hats, after some time I tap on my screen and the game crashes while still in loading screen. Why does this happen? (It gets stuck on loading hats everytime and now it also crashes) Thanks for your help :)

I had a brand new S4 and I wasn't able to play, because the load stuck at "loading hats...". I tried everything and the only thing that worked for me was to root my mobile, install a new bootloader and install cyanogenmod. I know this sounds like Arabic to you, but unfortunately, with Samsung devices is the only solution we have. But I need a PC to root right?

There are a lot of threads with the same topic but I cant find a solution. Everytime I want to play, the game gets stuck at loading hats. For me it isnt working too. Got a note 3 and I checked everything, and everything was fine and I still got stuck at loading hats.
