Before the problem I was simply walking in the Viridian Maze. What have you already tried to solve the problem? Tried everything, only logging out and logging back into the server (after another hour wait) seemed to fix the issue. Playing the game on my Android phone, while I was walking through the Viridian Maze I turned a path that headed north and there was a girl (NPC) on a bike in the middle of the path, after trying to talk to her (couldn't) I realize my character was frozen in place, all of the buttons on the screen work, I was even able to open up a battle request with another player who was similarly stuck, however only logging out of the server and logging back in (which was an hour wait both times) got me free and I could move again. Since Android users don't have access to the most recent maps, these freezing issues can occur when speaking with NPCs which have recently been edited. If you're no longer stuck, don't try to speak with that NPC again until a new Android version comes out.
